How to Release Payment from Escrow

What is Escrow Payment?

Escrow payment is a secure way to pay for a job on Gofernets. The payment is held in escrow until the job is completed and approved by you, the customer. This ensures that the rider or operator gets paid only after successfully completing the job.

Steps to Release Payment from Escrow

📌 Important: The rider or operator must first mark the job as complete before you can release payment.

1️⃣ Open the Gofernets app.
2️⃣ Go to the Assigned page.
3️⃣ Find the completed job.
4️⃣ Click the Release Payment button.
5️⃣ Give your ratings and feedback/review about the service.
6️⃣ Click Submit.

🎉 Tada! The payment has now been released to the rider’s wallet. 🚀
